For a video with such a short title and simple concept, it’s certainly inspiring. Rick Mereki, Tim White and Andrew Lees put together this video, containing footage from their 44 day trip to 11 countries, consisting of “18 flights, 38 thousand miles, an exploding volcano, 2 cameras and almost a terabyte of footage.” Next time I’m feeling lack of inspiration for a new recipe or what to eat for dinner, this video will do the trick.

Not to mention Andrew (featured in video) is nice to look at.

But in all seriousness, I first started this blog because I loved to put my own spin on things — each time I find a recipe, I make it my own. Experimentation is the key, in my opinion. I find this clip inspiring because it opens your eyes to JUST HOW MUCH food is out there. The world is your oyster — it’s up to us to explore, try new things, and share with others. Don’t be afraid to try something new.

If you like this video, be sure to check out their other shorts, MOVE and LEARN.

(I don’t think I’ll be experimenting with any insects, however.)
