How to Smoke Meats on Your Stove [VIDEO]
The people over at SAVEUR.com are becoming .. what’s the word .. my favorite? In this video they show us how to create a stovetop smoker using things you’d most likely have in your house (except for the wood chips … you might have to go out and buy those. Sorry.) This method is perfect for those of us who a. don’t have the money to buy a nice smoker, b. don’t have the outdoor space to put said smoker or c. want smoked meats during inclement weather.
That being said, there’s really nothing stopping you from eating smoked chicken or pork tonight for dinner, is there?
